Dan Cong Oolong Tea

According to geological location of tea growing, there are two main categories of Dan Cong, namely Phenix dan cong and Ling Tou dan cong. Phenix dan cong is produced from Phenix mountains in Phenix town, Chaoan county, Chaozhou city ; whereas Ling Tou dan cong is from Lingtou village in Yaoping county, Chaozhou city.

Both Dan Cong from the two areas are quite similiar; Phenix dan cong is well-known for its floral aroma, and high quality phenix has distinguished, delicate honey and floral tast. For Ling Tou dan cong, it is famous for its honey taste, but high quality Ling Tou dan cong also has the mixed flavor of honey and floral taste.
