Oolong tea is an oxidated tea with 10 to 60% of oxidation. It can be divided as Fujian Oolong, Guangdong Oolong and Taiwan Oolong.

Fujian Oolong includes Min Nan Oolong(Wu Yi rock tea) and Min Bei Oolong(Anxi Oolong tea), which is the north part  and south part of Fujian respectively. The Ming Bei Oolong maninly refers to the Wuyi rock Oolong tea; whereas the Min Nan Oolong refers to Anxi Oolong tea.  Guangdong Oolong tea refers to Phenix Dancong and Ling Tou Dancong Oolong tea; Taiwan Oolongs mainly refers to Baozhong, Dongding and oriental beauty Oolong tea.
