Wuyi Rock Oolong Tea

Wuyi rock Oolong tea is a comparatively heavy fermentaiton tea, which is between 30% and 60%. Because of soils differences in different areas in Wuyishan city, it is divided into three categories based on geological location, which is Zhen Yan, Ban Yan and Zhou Cha Oolong tea; and the tea fragrance and taste differs a lot.

Wuyi rock tea is famous for its charming Yan Gu Hua Xiang(rock taste and floral fragrance). Its tea soup color is bright organge yellow; its infused leaves are dark green with red edges. Of all the Wuyi rock tea, Da Hong Pao is the best in its taste and fragrance. The other varieties Shui Xian, Rou Gui, Tie Luo Han, Shui Jin Gui, Bai Ji Guan and others.
