    Dayi Tea - 2003 Dayi Jia Ji Ripe Pu Er Tuo Cha


    Traditional & classic Menghai Dayi tea - Jia Ji pu er. For 100g Jia Ji ripe tuo, it is comparatively light fermentation. Most of the Maocha are the 3 grades with somme 4 grades as well.

     

    Dayi tea liquid is very smooth and sweet after taste, with strong Menghai cha qi. Besides, its piling fermentation aroma has already gone. Aged aroma is slowly showing. This tea is very infusable. It can be brewed for at least 15 times.

     

    Important tips: for brewing this Dayi tea, the water temparature should be over 95 degrees, based on different kind of Pu Er teas.
