    Processing procedure

Right after the starting of production, the use of buds was in trend for making tea. It is a task of extensive research and experience because harvesters need to know about the number of leaves containing each bud for the perfect blend. Generally, it requires the buds having around 5 to 6 leaves packing inside. The experts need to maintain the oxidation balance for avoiding the occurrence of a change in taste. Excessive oxidation results to sour taste whereas less oxidation can make the tea tannic. The harvesting season of these buds is March month of every year when the buds remain full of all required flavors.

After plucking the buds, the masters spread them on bamboo trays for around 5 hours. After that, they put all the stuff in wind tunnel to blow air for around 6 hours. Then they fry the leaves at a level that half of the water will dry out. Next step is the natural oxidization process in which they wrap the tea in fabric and place it in a wooden box. During this process, experts check the golden buds black tea within few intervals to make sure that they are perfectly processing. The sweetness, smoothness, and aroma of this tea totally depend upon the perfection of this process.
