1. Where can you ship?

 

In JK tea shop, we always charge customers the actual delivery fee. We can ship our goods to most countries or areas in the world, except there are some restrictions on some products which can't be shipped to international destinations. In this case, we will contact those clients after they place an order.

 

 

2. What is the shipping cost in each option?

 

We will charge the actual shipping cost of items total package weight. Below is the shipping rates based on different options from China Post.

A) This chart below is based on total shipping weight(product weight + packing weight + box weight ) and is applicable to Air small packages (under 2000 grams).

 

1) Air without tracking number(our common air mail/ flat shipping)

2)Air with tracking number(registered air mail, our default delivery way in our website system)

 

 

 

B) This chart is total shipping weight (product weight + packing weight + box weight), and is applicable to big packages(under 20kg)

 

1)SAL(by China post, with tracking number)

2)AIR(big air parcel, by China post, with tracking number)

 

 

C)This chart is total shipping weight  (product weight + packing weight + box weight), and is applicable to EMS packages(under 30kg)

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. How many delivery options you provide?

 

Currently, we only adopt China Post / Singapore Post / Hongkong Post as our default delivery partners. We offer China post Air,  EMS and UK Royal Mail service. If you wish your items shipped by other deliveries companies, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, please contact us beforehand, and then we can quote the price accordingly.

 

Air is a comparatively fast delivery with competitive prices. It can be delivered to almost all countries and delivers the goods to clients house or slated addresses.  Delivery time: around 15- 25days.

 

EMS is the fastest delivery option from China Post. It can deliver the goods around 7 business days to client's slated addresses. Pls be noted, EMS to Germany requires the extra handling fee & tax, which is charged by GDSK company in Germany to help EMS clear the Customs.

SAL, we only provide SAL for the big package service, since our air small package prices are much more competitive than SAL small package and faster. Delivery time is around 35-50 days.

 

UK Royal Mail, only available in some western countries, including UK, Germany, USA, France, Span, Italy and other European countries. It will show up clearly when you choose the delivery options during check-out.

 

 
4. Estimated delivery time

China Post Unregistered airmail              7-30 business days, without tracking number

 

UK Royal Mail                                          5-10 days, first class service, without tracking number

 

EMS Shipping                                          5-10 business days, without tracking number

 

China Post SAL Shipping                        35-50 days, with tracking number

 

 

5. Late or Lost Orders

 

If your purchase does not arrive within these specified times below, and the package was never signed for ( i.e. never delivered), we will provide a full refund of the purchase cost and shipping.

SAL              after 60 days of goods sent

Air                after 35 days of goods sent(except some countries like Russian, Ukrain, Latvia and so on)

 

EMS             after 20 days of goods sent 

 

Royal Mail    after 25 days of goods sent

 

 

6. Can you ship my orders to different addresses?

Yes, you can. In your account, there are several additional addresses for you to put in and choose any one of them for us to ship.  However, in order not to ship to the wrong delivery address, pls send us an email to notify us if you want to send to other address.
