This Tie Guan Yin is unlike the light-roasted Tie Guan Yin. It is baked Tie Guan Yin in the traditional charcoal way like Wuyi Oolong in 2011 and well-stored. Its fragrance is not as high as light-roasted Tie Guan Yin, but its taste is more mellow, thick & complex.
